Why choose this course?

In this course dance acts not only as a way to strengthen and improve physical health, flexibility and mobility of the body, but also as a therapeutic practice, aimed at solving emotional and psychological problems of the person, the release of negative emotions through movement.

Julia, an experienced dancer with 25 years of experience, will show in the video lessons a variety of styles, providing 6 ready-made staged dances and break down the choreography of their performance step by step. The course will teach even those who think they can't dance methods to control their bodies and move easily and gracefully, without constraint or stiffness whilst enjoying the process.

The classes also include practices and meditations aimed at eliminating inner conflicts, stress, difficulties in various spheres of life and gaining harmony as well as the ability to cope with negative states.

The programme is meant for beginners who want to learn how to dance, for advanced dancers as well as for experienced psychologists in order to introduce this kind of therapy into their work. The video lessons are very detailed, so it is easy to learn the choreography together with a trainer as well as to dance independently, improvising and adding new elements to the existing routines.

What learners say

Dance therapy, for me, is always an encounter with yourself. And you're so wondering, 'oops, that's me, too! And I can do this'! Dance therapy for me is like a thousand facets, it's an incredible flow of energy going into you, out of you, through you, for you. Dance therapy is about allowing yourself to live, to act, to manifest, to create, to BE. Yulia, thank you for introducing me to this amazing direction.
Lola Haney
I came to dance therapy after I saw your dance with Indian motifs! How it made me want to move like that! Even though I've never been good at dance lessons.
Lyla Murphy
I was never good at it because I'm a bit of a "tree" :-D but learning with you is a real pleasure! You teach that if something strains (music, movement), the cause is inside and help sort it out. A thousand thank yous.
Jane Carpenter
Always liked to dance, but lacked some inner depth! Thank you for connecting the incompatible, as it seemed before. Dance therapy has opened up some new flow in me and awakened stale energy with dance! The body feels lightness and the soul feels joy!
Luka Rosenberg
Yulia, I wanted to tell you for a long time ... I never got around to it. Thank you for helping me to understand the cause of my persistent problems with my child, their misunderstanding and disobedience. It turns out the problem wasn't her, it was me! The fears you worked through and I felt love for the first time! My daughter's love for me and mine for her, and now we hug and kiss all the time :-) I would rather have a psychotherapy lesson at school instead of literature or maths! Basically, the perfect start to therapy, straight into the symptom and there it is, the chosen way to find the request. With this preface, I come to my gratitude to Julie and the feeling before, during and after therapy.
Alisa Wright
I am grateful to you, as I knew and felt your sensitivity, awareness, understanding and alignment of softness and structure in the "here and now" moment in dance therapy, but here the jigsaw puzzle came together.
